I really appreciated your listening with such attentiveness, and understanding all the details I told you about my dreams for what our new house should be. I knew that you knew exactly what we were looking for not just in the structure, but in the feel of the house, so it was very effective in helping us to choose which houses to see.
Your patience, positive attitude and constant encouragement meant a great deal to me, especially with the extra work of our having a new baby at home. It meant a lot to me that during my frequent phone calls during the whole process, I always felt welcomed and taken care of and not rushed, and the fact that you made yourself available on such short notice whenever we needed you of course helped us to snag our new home before it was even listed!
